What this website collects

The site is a set of static pages. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and builds no profile of you.

If you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form — your name, your company, your role, your email address, the type of enquiry, your country and your message — so that we can answer it.

Why we may use it, and for how long

We use what you send us to answer you and, where a business relationship follows, to carry it out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, once we are dealing with each other, the performance of a contract. We keep correspondence no longer than we need it for those purposes and for the record-keeping the law requires of us.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered to us by email through Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both act on our instructions as processors. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Every file this page loads — its fonts, its stylesheet, its pictures — comes from this domain. Your browser contacts no one else, so no third party learns your IP address from your visiting us. The typeface used to be fetched from Google's servers, which meant it did; it is now served from here.

Where it is processed

Vercel and Resend are both established in the United States, and the enquiry you send is processed there as well as in the European Union. That is a transfer outside the European Economic Area. Write to info@swissglobalsolutions.eu and we will tell you which safeguard we rely on for it and give you a copy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our using it, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to info@swissglobalsolutions.eu. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly you may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
